You’ve noticed your posture rounding forward, and you know it will get worse if you don’t do something about it.
You’ve spent years working behind a desk developing your skills and learning your profession. You should be carrying yourself with a confident posture that projects strength and commands respect. Instead, you’ve found yourself in a body that feels tense and restrictive. A posture that can look tired, timid, and old.
Massage therapy only brings temporary relief from the tension. Posture braces are uncomfortable and ineffective. Generic exercise programs aren’t tailored to your body’s specific needs.
You need a better solution.
“I saw myself in candid pictures and noticed that I was getting a hump on the back of my neck and that my shoulders were rounded forward. I look squeezed and sunken in, like I’m afraid to take up space. I hate seeing myself in pictures.”
“My partner and family members are making comments about my posture, telling me to stand up straight. I’m getting tired of it.”
“My parents have terrible posture and I can see my shoulders starting to roll forward. I want to be proactive and keep my posture from getting worse as I get older. I don't want to become a hunched elderly person.”
The Posture Recovery Program is a physiotherapist’s approach to making stronger postures more accessible and sustainable for your body.

Meet Jeff
Hi! I’m a registered physiotherapist with over a decade of experience in orthopaedic rehabilitation and a deep interest in helping people stand up straighter.
I spent years of my life sitting behind a desk studying principles of anatomy and rehabilitation. Yet after all that time, I somehow graduated with a rounded spine and no idea how to fix it. This program grew out of my desire to recover my own posture and share these concepts with others determined to make meaningful improvements in how they present themselves to the world.
It’s easy to feel overwhelmed by the amount of posture advice in books and on social media. I’m striving to bring clarity to this process of improving how your body looks and feels. To offer solutions that are specific to your needs, mindful of your time, and deliver superior results.
